King Arthur Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning

My toilet was old and was a water waster. The plumber from King Arthur Plumbing told me it was better to replace it for a water saving toilet and not waste $300 fixing it. He recommended a high efficiency one from Kohler. The toilet has two buttons for a half flush and one a full flush. The toilet works great and I like the fact I'm saving water on every flush.

Had a negative experience with this company. They had booked me a time slot to come out and service our AC between 8 and 10. They showed up at 6:30 when no one was home from work yet. Even though we gave 2 contact numbers, they didn’t call to tell us they were coming early or that they were not getting an answer. My wife pulled up just as they were leaving and was not able to flag them down. I immediately reached out to the service number. He called me back later on that night to tell me the technician had gone home for the night and was not coming back out. When I asked him seriously, they weren’t going to come out even though they didn’t show up when we had scheduled and they did not call to see if we would be home at that time, he told me to find another company. I suggest you do the same and find someone else.

I have been using King Arthur Plumbing for about 3 years or so. They have always treated me right, their plumbers are straight forward and honest. I like them and most importantly I trust them.

I made the appointment with the plumber in the morning for later in the day. I was late and found him waiting, I am pleased with his integrity.

King Arthur provided oustanding service at affordable prices to fix my heating system in a timely manner. My heater required complex repairs and King Arthur expertly fixed it at a critical time when temperatures were plunging. For work big or small, I highly recommend King Arthur. I'm going with King Arthur everytime for my heating and plumbing needs.
