Plumb-Rite

Absolutely HORRENDOUS service. My air conditioning wasn't working for the past few days, then I found this company. They sent a PLUMBER to fix it up, not an AC technician. The plumber did half the job, and told me that I have to go purchase a filter and put it in myself and then it will work. I did that, and it still didn't work. After that, I called them more than 10 times to send a technician, and in those times I was hung up on multiple times, and when they did go through they said they would send another guy. Instead of showing up, that guy had the audacity to call me and tell me to turn my AC off for two hours and turn it back on. Which resulted in nothing, I am now $300+ in the hole with no working AC. Worst service ever. Do not go to this company.
