Ken had some a couple of plumbing jobs for me and he's done a great job. He's polite, thorough and knows what he's doing. I'll use Ken for my next project for sure

Started out promising, but talk about epic fail. I needed two simple repairs... leaky shower faucet, and new works for the toilet. Booked the appointment 3 weeks in advance. The day of, they called and asked if he could come 90 minutes early... I figured why not. He shows up, assess that I need a part. I know it's an old shower, and parts aren't easy to find, so I ask if we should just replace the entire thing instead (I had a spare I had bought). He said the part would be cheaper, but he'd need to go back to Cherry Hill to get it. This was about 10:15 am. At 12:30 I call up to find out if he's coming back. I'm told he's still looking for the part. I said ok, and asked thy continue to update me. At 3:15, after being kept prisoner waiting for him to come back, I call again to get an update. I'm told he can't find the part, and won't be coming back today. I ask why they didn't notify me, and all they could respond was "we're sorry". I mentioned he could have replaced the entire faucet then, and again, no response. I ask what I'm supposed to do now... do I need to take yet another day off so he can come back and do the work... I'm told I should just find another plumber. A simple phone call from him when he couldn't locate the part would have sufficed. LOUSY customer service... would never use again, nor would I recommend.

Ken of Kens Plumbing is the person I recommend for your plumbing needs. He installed 3 Hot Water tanks several weeks ago for 2 other neighbors and myself. I do Recommend Bradford White Water tanks and the new direct vent unit. My old Bradford White was over 13 years old and was not leaking when i replaced it.
