My heater stopped working in the middle of the night this winter. Tom was able to come out and repair it within hours of the call. Outstanding service. Fair price. I highly recommend him and we plan to have him service our air conditioner this summer!

I have worked with Tom for years. He has done 99% of my plumbing work for my granite business and recently installed a new 16 SEER Air Conditioning unit in my home. It has actually saved me on my electric bill since the installation. He is always on time, has all of the materials needed and does a phenomenal job. Last winter my heater broke and he was out the same day to repair the burners that were not functioning. It was super cold outside and within hours we were back up to a nice comfortable 70 degrees inside. When it's time to replace it, I know who to call. UPDATE: My hot water heater decided one day that it no longer wanted to work. I found this out while attempting to take a shower that morning and had no hot water... ugh. I called Tom and he was out the same day. Turns out the gas valve was faulty. He called numerous suppliers in the area to try and locate the replacement part. Finally one store had it and they were a half hour away. Tom drove to get the part for me and then came back that evening to install it. The part was fortunately under warranty but that just means Tom had to pay for it up front and then get reimbursed. Didn't ask me for any $ for the part and I gladly coughed up the very reasonable service fee. Once again, Tom came through and saved the day. It will surely be a shame when he decides to retire.
