Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Quality work but at a high price. The water filtration system installed 6 months ago was also expensive. A year ago a kitchen faucet installed by roto rooter was the better deal. Future projects, I am not sure where I am going.

The service is good, I have no complaint about the Tech that came out to replace and install a pump and sum pump with battery backup. However, the pricing is something of different story. After the installation, I want to register for the product and realize that parts is 50% higher than the market place. I am very disappointed at that.

All aspects, water restoration, quickness, timeliness, friendliness, professionalism was perfect. Over and above what they needed to do. I never felt like anyone or business cared for me and my home as much as this team did. I would refer them to anyone and would never call another plumbing company.

We were in a very tough situation, Thank you Frank, Greg (team), CJ/resto crew, and manager for making our home livable again. They went straight to work. Frank kept in touch every step of the way. We are happy to be back home again.

Pricey but it we didn't have time to wait. Called Horizon who advertises quick service - they couldn't get us in for a couple days - Roto Rooter got the job done quick.
