J Regalbuto Plumbing

If I could give this business zero stars I would. Our landlord recommends them so we have called them for various plumbing needs. It always takes us days to have somebody even answer our phone call. Yesterday I spoke with the owner Jim who promised me a call back at noon. I receive no call back so follow up with him on his cell. He never return my call. Today I called the office and spoke to the lady who told me she would call the guys and get back to me in 20 minutes. I followed up with a 45 minutes later and she said she has not heard anything back. I asked her to please let me know when she said she would get back to me by the end of the day. Needless to say I have not heard anything. I would recommend calling a different plumber like Barretta or Ben’s Pro Serve. Both were very pleasant when I called and Ben’s came right out to take care of the situation. I will never recommend Jim Regalbuto or his business again.
