I was very pleased with the service provided by Pipe Works to replace my heating and air conditioning system. Robert, the system design specialist, was extremely professional and answered all my questions and concerns during the initial consultation. Since my 30 year old central air stopped working, he also provided me with a portable ac unit that we were able to use in my living room while I awaited delivery and installation. I felt that was a nice added perk and showed the company’s commitment to their customers. The installation team was also great and they explained the entire new system to me. My new Lennox AC and furnace work great! I would highly recommend this company for their prompt service, professionalism, and knowledge/experience.

Plumber arrived in a timely manner. Was very professional and completed the necessary repairs without any problems at a reasonable price. This is the second time I have used Pipe Works for plumbing repairs having satisfactory result both times.

From sales to installation, it was a highly professional service. The sales rep didn’t try and over sell us and he explained and recommended the best products for us. I was very happy with the services provided by Pipe Works. Phil, the electrician, was very professional and thorough. He is also dog friendly which is a big plus! Customer service also was excellent. It was easy to schedule an appointment. I was kept up-to-date regarding arrival time by email and text messages. I also asked for estimates for two future projects and was provided them within hours via email. This is a top rate group that I plan to use for future projects!

A very professional operation. A bit pricey, but knowledge and competence come with a cost. For us Nick the technician and his office support are worth the price.
