I chose Argent to replace my furnace, install a new AC, and do some plumbing work largely because Nick K’s estimate was so thorough and he explained it so well. Other vendors told me that I might have to re-line the flue – but Nick actually opened it up and told me I definitely would have to re-line it. So there were no expensive surprises. All of the workers - Peter, Igor, Curt, Steve, John and Tim arrived on time, were very polite, covered the floors and cleaned up thoroughly. They all were focused on doing a good job. And the office personnel, especially Sue and Marlene, were also very helpful with scheduling and billing matters. I am very happy that I chose Argent!

Tim paid us a visit recently and did a tremendous job. He was very courteous and patient with us, which helped cultivate trust, comfort and a certain ease of communication. He was also extremely conscientious and demonstrated a high degree of competency as he helped us identify the root cause of our plumbing issue. It was one of the best customer experiences I've ever had with a service-provider. The way he articulated pricing and the various options (based on his well thought out views) was extremely clear and transparent. We never felt misled in anyway; on the contrary, we thought he was genuinely looking out for our best interests. We would highly recommend Argent, and specifically Tim, given his utmost professionalism and high standards in his duty of care.

My office building had a clogged waste sewer pipe that caused a backup on the 1st floor. Argent was quick to respond and diagnose the cause. The repair required opening up a slab floor to remove a drain seal that came from the roof. Nick's crew completed the repair quickly so that the restoration company who they work with could come in and start the cleanup. His employees were all very nice and genuinely concerned with correcting this problem. I highly recommend Argent Plumbing and will continue to use them for all my plumbing needs.

We used Argent to fix our plumbing issues @ the Millington Vol. Fire Co. firehouse. Theses guys are prompt, courteous, clean and most importantly experts at plumbing. They did such a great job, I used them at my home when we updated our kitchen. Highly recommended!

the man that fixed my AC was named John and he was very efficient. Didn’t take long, it was quick and easy.
