Ben’s ProServ

Chuck came at designated agreed upon service time. He was able to promptly diagnose our problem and start up our air conditioning (which hadn’t been functioning before that). He was most informative regarding our current air handler and compressor and what we can expect going forward. He’s friendly and pleasant to deal with as well. I recommend him and Ben’s ProServ.

Excellent, prompt service. Everything explained well. Dan did a great job. Dan went the extra mile to get a special part to deal with an unusual problem we had concerning this matter. Moe was very helpful also and very courteous. Both were neat and clean and did an excellent job. Thank you!

Today's plumbing nightmare turned into a blessing. Didn't have a plumber I needed help like now. I prayed and God lead me to Ben's ProServ. I called this morning they came at 1:20 this afternoon problem dignost and fixed in less than an hour. They were very nice cleaned up after they were done. And they are a Christian owned company. I highly recommend them. Please let your family and friends know. And please share I would like to help them for doing good.And they do more than just plumbing, AC and Electrical too! Amen! God is good again! :)

Had to have the air conditioner replaced. Stan came out to the house and gave a comprehensive overview of what needed to be done and what our options were. Stan answered every question we had and was always quick to respond to our phone calls and txt messages. The two technicians that came Bruce and Jared did an amazing job installing the unit outside and in the attic. My wife and I are extremely satisfied with the whole process from start to finish. I would highly recommend taking the time to call Ben’s ProServ before choosing anyone else.

Dan did a great job at our house. Very professional company. They take care of the problem quickly and Andrea communicates well to let you know when the field service tech is coming out.
