Had suggested this location cause we use Benjamin Franklin plumbers up by my job. After working on problem for an hour they broke a pipe causing a flood in the kitchen and roof to fall down. We did not want same technician working on pipe and he refused to admit breaking the pipe after working on it for an hour and no previous flooding, instead he tried to blame us. We called this office immediately to try and get another technician to come out. They refused and also tried to say we broke the pipe, even though there was no previous leak. Miraculous water appearance. This place is a joke!!!!!
We called with a problem at 9:30 on a Sunday night. You Were at our house within the hour and the water heater was replaced (with new water Connections) by the next morning. Friendly, efficient and painless! Thank you.
