I honestly can not say enough great things Filan & Conner. My realtor recommend them after I received 2 quotes to install central air from other companies that I hadn’t heard back from. I called Filan & Conner and the next day Tony came out and gave me a quote. He worked with my budget, explained everything, and made sure I was comfortable with the plan before he left. The next day I had a quote with everything we talked about, and within 2 days Tony and Mike had my central AC fully installed. Not only is their work beautiful, but they are so nice and so professional. Tony and Mike truly went above and beyond. I would highly recommend Filan & Conner and look forward to working with them in the future. Thank you again for the great work!

I highly recommend Filan & Conner. I hired them to install 2 zone central air-conditioning in my 1907 two story house which has radiators and no ducts. Each person I dealt with was highly professional, and the price was reasonable. They did a wonderful job and cleaned up after themselves. I have the original pine floors through which they made clean cuts for the vents with absolutely no damage. They immediately repaired the minor plaster ceiling damage on the second floor. I was so pleased with their work and responsiveness that I then had Filan & Conner replace my old boiler and water heater with a new single high efficiency unit which I am also happy with. They will definitely be my go to plumbers here on in.

My wife contacted Filan & Connor on saturday afternoon, upon discovery of a slowly leaking water heater. They called back within the hour and were courteous and very helpful. We reviewed all options and pricing, and then continues to shop our options with a couple other plumbers. I called Filan & Connor back a week later and was again pleased with the polite, prompt response and quick scheduling (scheduled for the next afternoon.) The service was honestly great. The two gentlemen were extremely polite, willing to extend the service to take care of other issues for a fair price, and we have a new Rheem water heater that is working great. I work day in and day out with contractors (I'm an architect) and was very pleased with the quality of work and attention to detail. Overall a great experience, and trust me - I would be honest if it were not so! This company will be my go to.

Filan & Conner installed a new HVAC system in my home. Tony worked quickly to get me a quote and he fast-tracked the installation for the very next day. He was very courteous, professional and an absolute pleasure to work with. Michael took the lead on the installation and within hours, he professionally installed a new Rheem system that works great and looks great!! As always, I love working with Filan and Conner - they always do a phenomenal job.

One word to describe the service: Phenomenal! From the get go to the final install, it was an extremely positive experience. What I liked - Upfront pricing, no haggling, no back and forth - Fast: We got the air conditioners installed the next day - Clean: They did not leave any mess behind, giving attention to little things Tony and his team went above and beyond to help with our problem. He was very understanding and showed compassion for our situation, which we really appreciated. We had some electrical issues with our older units, which they took care of. Not only they did they install it fast, but it was safe. We also happened to have a gas leak, which was fixed the next day. I don't think I will be taking my business any place else for our plumbing/HVAC needs. Highly recommend!
