I can describe my feelings about J&C in one word: relief. I’ve been looking for a reliable plumbing service that I could count on for both emergencies and non-urgent issues around my house. Plumbers I could count on and also whom I could count on to charge a reasonable amount for good work. I’m happy to say, I have found them! The guys at J&C were helpful and professional during a crisis moment for our home. The staff member who answered the phone was prompt, courteous and very friendly. J&C has handled our interactions quickly, and we are very happy with the work they’ve done for our basement. I feel confident that I can call them for our future plumbing needs and am glad to support a small, local, family-owned business. Thanks J&C!!!

Great company, very friendly and very knowledgeable. I would recommend this company to anyone that’s having any plumbing issues. They did the job quick and in perfect. I have no complaints with this company. Richie was the guy that came and help me with the plumbing issue I had and he was great, knowledgeable and friendly knew exactly what to do. I called a local plumber in town on July 4 th - Steve from J&C plumbing came within an hour to take care a water conditioner that started to overflow and pretty much just eliminated the whole thing without breaking the bank mind you. I felt his honesty and reliability after calling someone I never used before and will be using this company as my plumbers going forward.

I used J&C (a gentleman named Steve) for a plumbing service in my house. I didn’t know him so I was skeptical at first. He came to my house and realized the valve in my home was damaged. He thoroughly explained how and why and immediately proposed the solution with a quoted price. He left the option up to me if I wanted to go through with the repair to see if I wanted to get another quote on it. So I did, and he gave me and accurate estimate. He was so quick and thorough with fixing our issue. I was super impressed with the service and felt like I was in good hands, a rare feel with a stranger, so now I have the utmost respect for their service and won’t think twice if I run into another plumbing issue again. Highly Recommended.

I called J&C late last night (Sunday Night) and left a message to schedule an early appointment; they got back to me immediately! This morning Steve showed up right on time, fixed my problem and walked me through everything, in case I ever wanted to do it on my own if need be. I am very impressed with their service and will not hesitate to call them again in the future. I highly recommend J&C--very positive experience!!!
