One of your technicians (Jeff) came to my home today. I'm so very thankful for his service. He was knowledgeable, efficient, thorough and professional. I've had many plumbers from many different companies attempt to identify/rectify my issue, but only your technician got to the source of the problem. You have an asset in him. Thank you: A grateful customer.

Chris Puma was fantastic. I would highly recommend him and encourage others to use this service. He was professional, personable and efficient. The job was done quickly and reasonably.

I will give no star if that is an option. A technician came and couldn't clear it. They still charged me by hour, left the site very messy, damaged pipes under the sink. I called them and asked if they can send another person with more experience. Then they told me that I would be charged. They don't guarantee their work - very unprofessional. The lady who answered phone was extremely unpleasant and rude. DON'T USE THEM. THEY SHOULD GO OUT OF BUSINESS.

Horrible experience. My kitchen sink was getting slow to drain. It is normal in this house, every couple of years I need someone to clean the pipe out of the house. We did it at least 5/6 times and we never had an issue before. He came on Friday, couldn't clean the pipe and actually after he left the sink which was slow before was completely blocked. I came back finding water everywhere in the basement that I had to clean with a bill saying that I had to call a "plumber". On top of it he charged us for it. I will never called them again.

They don't do the job right the first time. Spend a little bit more money get professionals. Trust me, if I would have used Mr rooter I would have saved time and money. Plus the woman on the phone might as well be a plumber with her personality.
