I wish I could make it negative stars. They are untrustworthy and unreliable. If you have a home warranty stay away from this company if they designate him as your contractor. Ask for a new contractor right away. They don't return phone calls and they change their story every time they speak with the warranty company. Our one claim was denied at first because they didn't provide any diagnosis info. It took multiple calls from the warranty company and us to get them to respond with diagnosis info. Then, they gave a different story to the warranty company than they did us. They changed the diagnosis to an uncovered service. Not once, but twice! We are now fighting with the warranty company trying to prove the contractor was submitting different diagnosises to get out of fixing our issue. FYI, the contractor actually caused our toilet to leak when he came to check it out so it was one of the denials by the warranty company because the contractor said it was already leaking. Now he is also saying, that after working for 10+ years, it was installed improperly... again, another reason for our claim to get denied. If you like getting mad and frustrated, this is the company for you. They have yet to return a phone call to us!

Waited for an entire day for this company to check on the furnace during the cold freeze, someone was home and they never showed up. When I called to verify, they lied and said they came by, then changed the story to they never received a confirmation call. I wouldn't speak to the quality of their work, but they have poor work ethic and are very unprofessional.

The other review is accurate. Our warrenty company assigned this contractor. We never recieved a phone call even after my wife and I left several messages.
