Awful, just awful...had been a long time customer, both myself, family and friends...needed a job done so I called and was told "we're not doing anything for you" then it was "I'll be too busy for the next several weeks, I won't be out to do any work for you at all" and when I pressed for a reason, he hung up on me...called back to ask the receptionist what the problem was and she hung up on me too...is this how you treat return customers? Never did anything to warrant that kind of attitude, absolutely disgraceful. Would give zero stars if it were possible.
