Williams Precision Plumbing

Today, Chris Williams helped me out even though he had no reason to do so. I was not a current customer, but I had a water emergency at my house and every plumber I called told me they could not respond today. Even though Chris was booked solid, he stayed on the phone with me and asked me to describe my issue. He then asked me to text some photos to him, which I did. He quickly identified that the problem had nothing to do with our internal plumbing. That was why turning off the main water vale did nothing to stop the constant running water. He told me the problem was due to the irrigation system and politely walked me through the best way to locate that main shutoff valve, which I was able to do - thanks to Chris! You can rest assured that the next time we need a plumber Chris will be the first and only call I will make. I highly recommend this professional and decent young man.
