We were in an urgent situation and I did not call Thrifty Rooter first and that was a mistake. The other company came out said it was one thing and were suppose to come back but didn't for TWO days. They STILL said it was not a clog but my septic tank or leach line. So I called Thrifty Rooter to empty my septic tank. He took one look and said it WAS a clog in the line. He not only called his guy to fix it but within 15 minutes he was there AND the clog cleared. I had them empty my septic tank since it was open anyway. He did a wonderful job and then gave me an education of septic tanks that was amazingly useful. Their price was very fair and it was a Saturday. Most companies add huge charges when it's after hours. Very highly recommended.
Have used Thrifty Rooter for years and always get Ed to do our work. He has always done a great work on many different jobs. However I recently referred someone to them to remove an ice maker line and cap it off because it was no longer used.They were told they don't do that kind of work....so if you need a line like that serviced they aren't the one to call, otherwise they are the company to go too!
Came out right away when we needed a plumber to unclog a drain. Reasonable prices too!
