Asked the guy for a quote and he told me driving to Rio Oso, (which is less than a half hour away from the listed address) was too far for him to drive. Kinda silly considering his website advertises "Sutter County areas" and Plumas Lakes. His response time VIA email was very prompt and professional.
Did not show up to appointment & no calls. His mailbox was full for over 2 wks so i could not leave a message. No response to my email

Had a new back door installed. Fixed dry rot, redid the trim etc...Great job and great price. Showed when he said he would, worked hard all day in the heat and the door was properly installed start to finish including matching the house paint and trim. Will definitely hire Mr. Opie for other work.
