Total rip off, I wish I knew much earlier, We have root problems and I call them about once a year, they run about 80' of snake and tell me the roots are that far.... doing a poor job. I had a different company over, they ran the snake with the cutter, found roots in 8' off the wall (not 80) and ran a camera to show me the rest of the pipe is in perfect condition....Save you money and hassle, go with some1 else!!!!!
