David diagnosed our issue and provided a detailed explanation of the issue as well as pictures. That was extremely helpful in understanding the problem we were having with our water heater. He worked very diligently to resolve the problem which was replacing the water heater and was completely professional and personable the entire time. I especially liked the protective boot covers he wore. I would recommend David without hesitation.

I called Martin Masters for a furnace issue we were having. The staff were incredibly courteous and gave several options for scheduling an appointment. Martin arrived promptly and wore protective covers on his shoes so as not to dirty the floors. He spent the better part of 1hr reviewing our system after which he gave me his debrief. He was thorough, informative and really invested his time to provide the best proposed solution. They submitted a proposal within 2 business days so that we could make our decision. Full disclosure, I did use another provider for our furnace replacement but wanted to give positive feedback on my experience with this company. My decision to go elsewhere was by no means a statement about the quality of service I expected to get but rather a budgetary issue. Thank you for your time Martin. Best, Joe

Great experience front to back..Replaced HVAC system, water heater and chimney all at once. Great to deal with the owner, Martin. Office staff very competent. Came when they said they would. Cleaned up after themselves. Checked the system out and all worked great. Could not ask for more. Was only slightly more expensive than the competition, but I believe well worth the difference. You truly get what you pay for. John Merowski
