Gallagher's has always provided us with professional service for many years now. Gallagher's service technicians have always been clean and courteous as well, and Scott Davis is no exception. Scott arrived at our home on time and within a short time was able to diagnose the problem with our heating system. Scott then went and picked up the part that we needed to repair our system, returned a short time later and repaired our system. Thank you Scott for your Professional Service. I would highly recommend Gallaghers Heating and Air for all those interested in having prompt, professional service performed by clean and courteous technicians who know what they are doing.

They were honest. They explained what they were doing, They answered my questions completely. They were kind, not in a hurry, and cleaned up after there work. When there was a problem they made sure it was fixed properly and in good time. I like working with Gallagher's people.

Our AC checkup today was a positive experience. Scott is a breath of fresh air. Very personable and through with the inspection and made a few needed repairs. Thanks for sending Scott.

I called Gallagher's Plumbing, Heating and Air Yesterday. We wanted to have to have the AC unit service and inspected, before the years heat started. They set up the Appointment for today and said they would call 30 minutes before the Tech arrived. I asked if Luke was available. The woman replied yes and that is who she was scheduling. I was thrilled. Luke had replaced my compositor on our AC unit, 5 years ago. My Home Warranty company had hired Gallagher's, to do the service call. Luke at this time did everything he could do to work with the Home Warranty company to get my AC up and running. it was 107* and on the 4th of July weekend. He was on the phone, on hold off & on 2 hours. I asked if he could check out the Central Heat unit while he was there, for our piece of mind. He did. The Unit is in the attic and remember it was 107*. So needless to say, I was thrilled he was going to do the service this time. I called this morning and asked if the Central heating unit could be inspected as well. The young lady said it was up to the tech and she would page him, to let him know at that it was a request, if he had time on his scheduled. I have had an excellent experience with all the office staff. They are courteous and professional. No run around. Luke arrived on time, remembered us and was very personable. He also introduced us to a new member of the team. Not new, to the systems as he has been doing installations and sales for 20 years. This great company paid to send him across the country for schooling, so he brush up on his service work. He also was very professional and made sure to wear the scrub booties to protect my floors. Dan tackled the heating unit while Luke did the outside AC unit. No issues were found on the heating unit. Dan told me what things were starting to show age and with regular servicing, there would probably would not be any surprises. The AC Unit that Luke was working on was another matter. The electrical panel that had the shut off, had melted wires and was a fire hazard. He replaced it with another one, he had on the truck and it has fuses built in. Much better than the original that was wired direct. He also found that the sealed fan unit had leaked it's oil and was on it's way to seizing. He did not have one on the truck, but called other techs in the area and was able to get one from them. He wanted to get it all done with this one service call, so we would not be more inconvenienced. It started to rain, before they got done and they worked past quitting time. All of this was most appreciated. Great company, Great office staff and great techs. Thank You Luke & Dan. Thank You Gallagher's!
