I called this company to replace a kitchen faucet. They sent over two very young men.. one of which was clearly inexperienced.. but they did get the job done. However, they ended up breaking one of the other pipes under the sink so water leaked everywhere including into my basement. The pipe was completely separated from the bottom of the sink. I called them back on Friday night.. and never got a return call. I called them again on Saturday and the owner basically said the pipes where old and had nothing to do with his work. I just had the entire kitchen redone, including all new PVC pipe 8 years ago. I offered to pay for the repair itself.. if he would waive the 69 dollars service fee you pay just for them showing up. He wouldn't even meet me in the middle on this! He was very rude to me, and basically said he wouldn't come over to fix this if I "threatened" him with an honest review of these services. Needless to say we won't be using this company in the future and I recommend you stay clear of them as well

Yuk, food was so greasy and over cooked. I didn't take the leftovers. They will never see me again. Back to the Jade East.

These people will endanger your life to make a buck. Stay far far away! UPDATE. Thanks for the reply. But to try and turn your pscho driving habits around on another driver is low class. Force some one off the road way and flip them off after you do it? Yes I was angry that is why I reported you to the MPD and the State Police. But where I was lucky enough to drive off the road to avoid you and not injure my self or others is an amazing luck! Have a great 2019. You most likely will need all the luck you can get.

I called to have a leaking toilet fixed and was told they will be here in the following morning. That was not case. I called in the early afternoon and was told he is coming after 12. So much for being reliable . They called me and stated just for them to show up and grace me with their presence was 69 dollars. I called roto rooter and does not charge a fee to show up as long as I have them do the work.

I have always had great experiences with this company. It it nice to have a peace of mind knowing the work is done right.
