I hired Daigle recently to install Mitsubishi duckless heat pumps in our home after researching multiple companies. The entire team was great to work with (Michelle on the administrative side and Kevin for managing project and answering my questions) and the project cost fit into our budget. The installers Dan and Justin were outstanding and very professional! We are pleased with the outcome and the cooling the units deliver is awesome (efficient and quiet). Your two technicians just left after finishing up on an issue we were having with our Rinnai water heater. From the moment they got here, after they reviewed my need, they explained what they would be doing. I let them go to it and in less than an hour they were done. Steve the head tech explained thoroughly what they found and how they addressed there findings. I tested the water system and it works much better. From my initial call for service with Michelle and her follow up with an even sooner appointment, to Steve and Jason servicing the water heater I couldn't be more pleased. I'll be sure to contact you guys for all my plumbing and heating needs.

Happiness is a Daigle Plumbing and Heating truck pulling in your driveway. This is a family owned business and you feel it within every interaction with ANY of their staff. Intelligent, courteous, professional, and integrity are just some of the words I would use to describe this business. We had 4 other plumbing companies price out our water pump issues and EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM tried to upsell us. Daigle came in and immediately diagnosed the problem- to which my husband mentioned the upgraded pump we had been offered previously by others- and they determined that it was completely unnecessary for our home. There is no one else I would ever use!
