Absolutely best drain company I've dealt with in the Omaha area. I have rental properties in the area, have done business with other companies, and Rich's operation is the best. Great staff, can be trusted in both my rentals and my own house, and great customer service.

They came out to clean my drain and ended up breaking the pipe in my shower causing it to leak under my wall every time I use water upstairs and now there's mold all over. They won't return my phone calls. What's even worse is that my drain is still slow. Really disappointed.

Called this company after calling the one i usually use which had an equipment failure and told me that wouldn't be able to get to me on the Thursday evening before Christmas. I needed to keep looking so came across Midwest. I had a technician in my home by 9:30 and the sewer line + 2 additional drains unclogged by 10:30 at a cost well below what i would have paid had my "go to" been able to send a technician. Needless to say, these people are now my "go to's". Thank you for a job well done at a fair price. Much appreciated.

We hired Midwest plumbing for a second opinion, to come out and inspect our plumbing line for a spot repair that was deemed necessary from another company. Frank was our line tech who was able to clear rocks from our line which provided clean flow to the sewer. He worked his but off in the heat and continued until they were all gone. He was very professional and we are very grateful the repair was not necessary. I will always go back to Midwest Plumbing.

Where do I start. If I could give them a "0" I would. Explained to them the issue of sewer backup in our basement bathroom that had gone into our family room. They sent a guy "Zach" out on Friday and augered it and didn't know what it was. So on Sunday they sent"Frank" out with camera. He saw an obstruction but didn't know what it was. He called the owner "Rich" who was in Kearney and was told he would come out Tuesday with a jetter at 9:00 am. We had to call to confirm he would be here and was told he didn't know he was supposed to be at our home. Over $500 and they did nothing. DO NOT USE MIDWEST PLUMBING AND DRAIN!! VERY INCOMPETENT COMPANY. Zach and Frank must be apprentices. The BBB of Omaha will definitely be receiving a letter from me..
