Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Our call was answered promptly and a plumber was at our home within an hour. Everyone was so helpful and personable. Robert did an awesome job and Joe is helping with insurance. I would recommend them to everyone!

We needed emergency services today. Tom was our plumber. He did a great job! Not only with the plumbing , but also making sure we understood what he was doing and why. We were especially impressed when he asked how we would be using the space after our remodel. Thank you Tom!

Tom came to our home after the recent storm as our sub pump pit had overflowed. He did a wonderful job explaining the costs we would incur to install a sub pump for us. He did his best to stay within the price he quoted and was empathetic to our issues. He was very friendly and answered all the questions we had for him. He explained our next steps in a manner in which we understood. Overall would recommend his services to anyone. A plumber afraid to get wet is no plumber at all. Let me tell you Tom left wet and without complaints.

Update: the owner called me personally and offered a sincere apology and scheduled a time that was convenient for me. They took care of the problem. Wish I could give 0 stars as that is what they deserve. Booked an appointment online to have a bathroom sink cleaned. Got a confirmation for between 12:00 and 2:00 the next day. Got a phone call at 1:10 that they were running late. Got another phone call at 4:30 that they were still running behind but would be there shortly. Final phone call came at 6:15 saying they were running behind. At that point I canceled the appointment. What horrible customer service! Save yourself the hassle and book another company that won’t waste your time with lame excuses.

Jeff was so great. He was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. He's the second tech from Roto Rooter I've had in Omaha and they were both wonderful. I'd recommend anyone to use the company.
