Very happy with CYA Plumbing. We had a pipe burst in our garage. Water everywhere. CYA Plumbing was there within an hour and repaired the broken pipe. Thanks so much.

Terrible, dishonest service. Did not complete the project, and could not be subsequently contacted. Chad Dover, the owner contracted approximately 5 workers who spoke very little English for one part of the project and another two guys who simply refused to work. One of the non English speaking workers, Marcelo Lopez (I believe his name to be), took a dump in a bucket and left it behind my house! Yes, human feces was left on my property!!! They did not clean up after themselves, did not want to work and Chad now refuses to even answer his phone. Had to hire another company to finish the job, will not return messages regarding a refund. Do not trust this guy or his company. I was told after the fact that I should have NEVER hired them, but unfortunately had no reviews or references to check. Hopefully this helps anyone out there in the Harrisburg Concord area looking for a good plumber.

We contracted with him to install Kohler supplied replacement parts for a complex shower. Process took about nine months. Initial visit put shower out of commission. Would not return calls. I finally had my assistant call and threaten to go to every social media site and trash him. Finally finished but still was not done completely right. He also replaced circulation pump on water heater. New one failed which ultimately was replaced. I think he probably upgraded it at no charge due to timing.
