Zocam Plumbing

Good first time experience with Zocam on a perplexing job in our Charlotte condo apartment. P-trap primer valve was leaking under one bathroom vanity and decided to replace it and another pre-emptively .... didn't even know what they were before Zocam arrived. Long story short, the valves are finicky and the lines to the floor traps they were feeding were clogged and Mike M, our plumber and Michael, the owner, worked with us to first try and install new valves, but then returned after the lines proved clogged and coached us to remove the primer valves, cap the lines and install trap seals in the floor drains. No more leaks under the vanity! No more gases from the p-traps! Very happy with the results and their customer service!

I recently used Zocam plumbing on a full kitchen renovation. The Owner Micheal Elmore and his employees were honest, knowledgeable, curteous, and very punctual. All the plumbing work was very clean and streamline. Dealing with this company was a pleasurable experience! Out of the five contractors that worked on this project Zocam was by far the best. I'll definitely be using them for any future plumbing needs. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs any kind of plumbing work done!

I am a handyman and run a small local business myself and one of the many things my guys and I can do is plumbing. But every now and then there is that one job that proves to be a bit to much for us. Zocam put in a disposal for me some time back. Did a fine and fast job. Know Michael to be an honest, likeable and very easy going man. He treats employees and customers with respect. Good man and good company.
