Dan has always been great! I used him many times while managing properties in Charlotte. He is always responsive & professional. He took care of jobs more quickly than I could've ever expected, at a reasonable price & always followed up with details upon completion. Owners/residents would always tell me how professional, courteous & thorough Dan was. He consistently exceeded my expectations.

Highly recommend this company, was very responsive, professional and did a great job. When the other plumbers blow you off for weeks on end, call them! (wish I had called them first!)

Excellent experience. This company was recommended to me by a retired plumber. I called them out to find out where a leak was originating from. There was no visable damage but there was certainly a leak because the water meter was going nuts. He came out and found the leak within 20 minutes and offered me the two choices I had to fix the problem. I would have hired him on the spot to do the work for me if he wasn't booked solid for two weeks. I can see why he is booked. Dan was very professional and spoke to me with kidness and wanted to make sure I felt comfortable. He answered every question respectfully. I highly recommend this company.
