The plumber was nice. He told me he was purchasing a high quality water heater. Not one from Lowe's. I did not get a list of what I paid for, just an overall price. I pray the work done and the water heater are and will be worth the high price I paid - God willing.

Michael, the plumber was God sent! I have a very old house and have spent a small fortune trying to get this issue taken care of. That's a long story in itself. I was at wits end and decided to call Roto Rooter because of their reputation. I explained the problem and tried to direct him to the basement where everyone else headed but he knew immediately and ask me to show him the shower. 30 minutes later and he had the problem corrected!!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!

Price was fair and service tech was great. Service tech #302 Mike Martin took care of a stubborn clogged basement floor drain for me. Identified that roots were the cause of the problem then gave me some great tips for preventative maintenance I can do myself to keep it from clogging up again. Excellent service that I would recommend if you are having plumbing issues!

My technician, Mike, was on time, very knowledgeable, and super friendly. He gave me lots of good advice and didn't give up until my issue was resolved. Would definitely use again.
