We recently had Steve and his crew from Lake Norman Plumbing install a customized water softening and filtration system. Steve was very knowledgeable and patient as we ask a ton a question about the different systems he was recommending. He was timely and professional. His crew did a great job installing the units and minimizing the space impact from the units. Very nicely done and a great crew. We would highly recommend that you give Steve a call for your plumbing needs. This is our second job with Lake Norman Plumbing. They replaced out hot water heater about 2 years ago. Same level of service then to now.

Lake Norman Plumbing SAVED THE DAY!! My 13 year old water heater failed yesterday and Steve's crew was able to get here and replace the tank with a beautiful new one same day for a reasonable price. I didn't have to worry about where my next hot water was coming from and they were incredibly flexible and professional in doing the installation. Steve was also great about talking to my home warranty people (not a fun task) and I'm keeping him on speed-dial for any future needs. He's a plumber you can trust and I highly recommend him.

I had a poor experience with another plumber after my water heater had broken and flooded my garage. I ended up sending that company home and called Steve at Lake Norman Plumbing. He was immediately helpful and knowledgeable about tankless water heater and I was satisfied that he had the right amount of experience to do the job. He came out the SAME DAY to look at my setup and then schedules my install the NEXT DAY! I am a bit of a nerd and always interested in the process of installing these systems so I was an observer during the entire install and they were gracious to accommodate me when I had questions. I have to say that the end result is by far the cleanest and most professional plumbing job I’ve ever seen! Steve supervised the entire install and I felt assured that his long expertise was benefitting the quality of workmanship. The team that did the work also seemed very knowledgeable and committed to excellence. My family now has hot water and I now have a plumber on speed dial for any future needs (fingers crossed I won’t need any soon).
