John Burns Plumbing

I contacted John via email about a couple leaks I had. John called me promptly the next morning. We set up an appointment and John came out and assessed the problems. Since it was late we set up for the work to be done the next morning. John arrived and within an hour and a half had the job done. He does very professional work and I would recommend him to anyone that needs plumbing work done.

John was great. He responded promptly to my call and was able to work my job in on a Saturday (the same day I called). He was pleasant and knowledgeable and his price seemed fair. We were very pleased with the work he did for us.

John fixed a pipe leaking under our bathroom sink, and installed a new hot water heater. He did a wonderful job, quality work at a fair price. We will be calling him for all of our plumbing needs, and would recommend him to anyone needing a plumber.

Mr. Burns was very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. He arrived promptly and brought everything that was needed. He followed up later that week to make sure everything was working as it should. He did have to come back once to correct an problem, but was very thorough and there have been no re-occurring issues since his follow-up visit. I have recommended Mr. Burns to a few friends of mine if/when they have any plumbing problems to call him first before any of the other commercial plumbing locations.
