Very good company; I had a clogged toilet & since we have 2, I was "triaged" accordingly. I was glad to know that if we only had 1, we would have been put as a higher priority. Joe the plumber was very professional, & w/ a 6' tall plumbing snake that put mine to shame.I think my 2 year old did something in there, she made him put in a decent amount of effort. He also kept giving hints as to how to troubleshoot future clogs. I felt the price was reasonable & all in all, I was very pleased & will recommend.
