This is my second time working with Steve and Chris, and I'm still loving these guys. They did great work on a job that turned out to be harder than it was supposed to be. They were a pleasure to deal with, and stayed in communication with me all the way through. Very much appreciated.

My bathroom sink was clogged. I tried to unclog it myself and I proceeded get the drain snake stuck and unable to get it out. Like it was stuck stuck in there, I couldn't get it out nor could my husband. So we had a sink that wouldn't drain and a snake stuck in it. I decided to give Roto Rooter a call. They were able to get someone out here the next day. I was given a 2 hour window for when they would show up and they were here within the first 30 minutes! Kyle showed me a trick to get the stopper all the way out to get the snake drain out. He was really professional, knowledgeable, and left the place clean. I would recommend Kyle to anyone.

I had a relatively minor leak that was the precursor of more problems to come on my 40 year old house and DJ caught it. DJ and William worked incredibly hard for two full days to complete a reinstallation of the exterior part of my water lines. They are quite the jack-of-all-trades in handling the trenching, concrete cutting, line installation and then putting all back together. I'm pleased with the work and home it lasts a good long while. DJ and William are the good guys! The ones who you would trust in your house!

Workmen were great both plumber and restorers. Paperwork had wrong address, never changed after first visit. Put equipment in dry basement across the street approved by GM. Found 3 days later. Put equip.in our house to finish drying it out, assume retook pictures. Lost pictures. Restaged equipment for insurance company pictures. This is a leadership and management issue. Also estimator never returned calls for either when pictures sent to insurance company, as asked, or to discuss going to wrong house.

Our tech, Tim, was prompt, professional, and friendly! He correctly diagnosed our clogged mainline and fixed it right away. Super nice guy as well! Edit to add: Tim arrived within an hour of my initial call and fixed the problem within two hours of it starting. This was on a Saturday afternoon! He also explained everything in detail up front and shared the cost prior to completing any work.
