Cary Plumbing Company

I recently had Donnie come out to my home to fix a couple of toilet issues. I've called on Cary Plumbing for all of my plumbing needs since I bought my current home almost thirteen years ago. They have always been professional, on-time, and knowledgeable. I have recommended them time and time again and now my neighbors call on them when they have any plumbing needs. It's rare to find a company that you choose to do business with repeatedly. It's obviously great to not have a need for a plumber, but when I do, I rest easy knowing I have a reliable company that I can count on. Donnie and Brandon are simply the best of the best. I will definitely continue to use them and am grateful for all the wonderful work they have done for me.

Cary Plumbing installed our last (2) water heaters at our Hair Salon business. I called them today to repair our Water Heater and they responded to diagnose the issue. After determining that we need a new gas flow valve, I requested the order for the part, then install as soon as possible. We are a business and clearly need hot water to serve our customers. We diagnosed the problem Fri. 1:00 pm, however "the man" who orders the part is not in the office this pm. So apparently no one else to take over this task. Therefore they WONT order this part until Mon. The day I was hoping for install. Then apparently I would have to wait until Wed. or Thur. for install because that is how far out they are scheduled. Their after hours man will only schedule when part arrives and if he is available. My HVAC contractor recognizes that we are a business and responds in a more accommodating way. Cary Plumbing does not serve the small business. Wonder how they do residential???????

I wanted to send a note to say thank you to Cary Plumbing and specifically to both Mark and Banjo for their excellent service at my home. Their diagnostics were quick and accurate, their solutions were practical, their work was efficiently done, and they followed up with me to ensure everything (sinks, hose bibs, regulator, outlet pressures and flow rates) were all optimal throughout the house. Highly recommend Cary Plumbing and both of these gentlemen for their professionalism, attention to detail, honesty and customer service.

Cary Plumbing has tried to fix my daughter’ three toilets in her rental until multiple times. She is still having an issue with the master toilet running cause a high water bill. The last time the technician came out I was at the house for her as she works full time. The technician was ver nice and polite and showed me what he was replacing. When my daughter called the rental agency about the toilet still running she was told the reason they could not properly fix the toilet was because I rushed them. That is totally untrue as I am retired and had nothing else to do that day.

Posting this on behalf of my elderly mother. Cary plumbing was working on her neighbors water. They tore up her front yard and also cut her water line as well as another neighbors water line. They did fix the water lines (which should’ve never been bothered with in the first place). They were rude when she called to see what they could do to fix the mess they made of her yard. While I understand they are not a landscaping company, the least they could’ve done was apologize and tried their best to leave the lawn as close to what it looked like before.
