Responded quickly to a repair request and fixed it promptly (30 minutes). I then requested a follow-up visit to install a hot water heater that I already had in stock (was replacing proactively) and they not only installed it to code (added cold side cutoff), they re-routed some pipes that were originally installed incorrectly as well as replaced 3 valves in other areas of the house that we identified as faulty along the way. Extremely satisfied, I have definitely found my local plumber!
