1st, I've know Harold and Lowell for over 30 yrs. and hate to leave this review. Because, they are good people. However, the last several times that I've called them, it's obvious Harold doesn't run the show...It typically takes several days to get a call back and when they call, typically they say they are on the way that date within a few minutes. I had a leak last Friday afternoon and called, left them a message to request repair, plus I had previously requested a price to replace ALL of my copper pipe, which is starting to leak due to acidic water...A representative called me the following Monday afternoon...not AM, which I informed him I found a plumber to fix my problem over the weekend. He said he would be here at 3PM to give me a quote to replace my copper piping. He didn't show up or call to let me know he wasn't coming. Sorry Harold, the boys you've got running the biz, don't care of your loyal customers.

Terrible customer service. Extremely stingy owner, I don’t recommend. I called for their service and I ended up fixing the problem my self. I called back to cancel and they didn’t answer, a few minutes later the plumber showed up and I told him what happened and that his services were no longer required. A few days later I received a bill even though no work was done; this is the worst trade deal in the history of America. SMH...

I called they came, quickly resolved my problem. I will call them next time I need help with plumbing.
