I’ve been using Wild West now for a few years. Troy has always been the one to come out when I’ve needed something. He’s professional and kind and I never question if he knows what he’s doing. It helps to know that this company employs competent people who choose to stay and work at Wild West.

6/13/19 Today, Jim and Chris were knowledgeable, professional, and gave me good, straightforward advice. They went the extra mile to fix the problem and address two other concerns. They were punctual and completed the job in good time. In short, their service is excellent. And consistently so over the last 5+ years. Jim has fixed several plumbing issues in the past and truly has our best welfare in mind. And doesn’t push expensive extras on us. I’ve expanded this review to include their service in general because it is so good and PROMPT. I don’t give many reviews and I don’t give 5 star ratings lightly, but this company deserves it.

Wild West plumbing is very responsive and professional. I live chatted with someone on the website over the weekend and got a call the next day to set up a service appointment. Troy was the plumber they sent out. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. I love their up front pricing policy. Thanks for the great service!

I had to have a couple of spigots replaced and was lucky enough to have Jim come to our house. He was very professional and gave me all of the info up front so there weren’t any surprises. When he did decide to make a slight change to the plan he communicated it to me. I can just say that if Jim is a typical employee then I have found a company that will get all of my business!!
