A $245 main line cleaning turned into a $545 job because of incompetence of the machinery operator. Not sure why I have to pay for your time to fix your mistake. You were informed of the offset which occurs EXACTLY at the wye, but pushed out beyond it anyways and got stuck. We have our regular plumber come and clean it out every 6 months, no problems ever. We've had a camera down it, we know that there is no rough line....just the little offset that you didn't heed.
