I work here and it's the best place I've ever worked. Great management and the hardest workers I've ever had the privilege of working with.

I had frozen pipes and Derek did an amazing job getting them working again. They were very efficient and he explained everything to me step by step! I would highly recommend this company to family and friends.

Called for repairs ..They came for estimate but I had to call back for amount. Was told did not know when could do it but would have them call me back when got to office. They never called back and was over 450 dollars more than I got it done by another company. Not a good way to do business. Have other work to do but will take my business elsewhere

We went with this company to save a little money because of the amount of work we needed done. Was very unimpressed with the quality of work they did including running new lines in front of the sheetrock, cutting corners, multiple leaks, missing stops on upstairs bath, drilled thru tile in the wrong place with off center lines for a pedistal sink, installed the wrong toilet (which looks like the cheapest option they could have gone with for our newly remodeled bathroom) (they did replace with the right size toilet but it's still an ugly cheap one), toilet installed but rocked when you sat on it so we had to further secure it to keep it from moving when used... And these are just the issues that we could see, who knows what's behind the walls! They did a good job of coming back to fix the problems and trying to make it right, but how many times should you have to call a contractor to come and fix bad work?! Seriously poor quality job all the way around. Not worth the money we saved, I should have gone with the other company. They get 2 stars instead of one because the owner did try to make it right but I just thought I really should let people know what to expect if you hire 911 plumbing. You get what you pay for. Oh, and really really poor communication.

The best customer service out there. My A/C went out and they were at my house in less than an hour and fixed it even faster! I could not ask for any better!!!
