Woke up on a Saturday morning to discover that water was seeping into my basement. While looking around for the potential cause I noticed that my sump pump was no longer working (it's outside the house in a pit probably 8 or more feet deep). After getting a recommendation, I called Jonathan at Tallmage and explained my predicament. Hey contacted his supplier, secured me a new sump pump, and had his tech Russell out to my house to replace it in a couple hours. I'm assuming that will fix my issues, but even if it doesn't the service and professionalism were top notch!

If you really need plumbing work done, don't call Tallmage. My son took off work three times over the past week to meet Russell at our new house for a minor plumbing issue. Russell didn't show up, or even call to say he wasn't going to show up. He explained that the first time, he was still working on another job so didnt show or even call. The second time he said he simply forgot about the appt. So we told him we'd give it a third, and final time, but again... this afternoon... no show!

Jonathan and the team at Tallmage Plumbing repaired a outside water leak for us the first week of January and did an excellent job. The most impressive part was they took care to fix the work area to the point you could barely tell any work had been done.

Called Tallmage with 6" of water sitting in basement. Fixed in under 2 hours at a good price. Very happy
