B.J. Has been out a few times and I appreciate his professionalism, knowledge and cleanliness. Before he leaves he always asks if there’s anything else we’d like him to look at. He never tries to upsale me on water softeners, etc. The receptionists are quick to respond and are friendly and helpful. This spring I signed up for a year’s contract which saves on dispatch fees. Included in the contract is hot water heater drainage and scoping the sewer line to make sure there are no tree roots or other problems. I’ve used other larger companies ( think HUGE billboards and yellow page ads) and feel I’ve paid too much for the service I’ve received I believe I found Brian Wear on Yelp Reviews and have been satisfied ever since.
Excellent service. Extremely professional and courteous. Will be my first choice in all plumbing issues. Outstanding performance.
I highly recommend Brian Wear Plumbing for your plumbing needs. Fast reliable service. Honest and reasonably priced.
10 stars!! I originally called because of all their excellent Google reviews, and now it's my turn to applaud them. My experience working with Brian and his staff was great!! Brian listened to what was happening and worked through everything systematically, even though I had a really difficult problem. In one day I was back up and running, even when RotoRooter said they would need to dig up the whole sewer line. I feel like Brian is a really superb person and I know he is a great plumber. I highly recommend sticking with them for any project. His apprentice that helped did a great job too.
Unethical and dishonest company. I have a damaged faucet and called the service number for a service. When the service representative arrive he said he could fix it but need two parts and he would return shortly. The water was pouring out of the back of my house. He choose to never return or call. So I called the dispatch and asked her to return my call to find out if he was going to do what he said. She never returned my call. I was told by a friend who was in the business that that sounded like Brian. Don’t waste you time or money contacting them. PS. I called the fire department and they were able to help turn the water off so I can get someone else to help.
