The technician did not know how to work with my newer LG refridgerator. He was not aware of the duel fans, nor the fact that lg does not include a technical sheet located in the back. He was able to see the same frozen mass in back of freezer I had seen. He recommended I thaw it out by unplugging the unit and leave open. If I had followed his recommendations my hard wood floors would have been ruined. Once he left I did the work of taking doors off and moving it outside to thaw. Water did go everywhere as the ice melted. I then put unit back together and called an LG trained tech to come out and replace the mother board. Which I had diagnosed over the phone with LG help. The Affordable tech was a nice guy, and mentioned he no longer works on Samsung, he needs to add LG to that list.
