I called their after hours service line at 7:47 pm this evening. I spoke with Jason for less than two minutes. The service tech, Robert, arrived and fixed our ac in less than 45 minutes!! Unbelievable... These guys are amazing!

We loved our landowner, but the office secretary for the business was rude, had a short attitude, and we had continuous issues with random charges that we had never had before when she entered the office, at which time we had been them about 3 years. We were thrilled to be out of the property management, I wouldn't recommend them even to someone I didnt like based on the shady dealings and poor attitude we inquired from said individual.

Been renting from APM 2.5 years and couldn’t be happier. Dana and the staff are great. Repairs in the apartment are taken care of in less than a week and usually only a couple days. The construction workers are super nice, personable and professional. There was a good month that my family was financially in the weeds and APM was lenient with us on many occasions. Someone else said in a review that the staff member didn’t give eye contact/seemed rude during a showing, I feel like this was Dana, she only seems stand off-ish but is truly a great person to work with and cares. Best property management I have ever rented from, especially in Columbia!

A family member and I went on a walk through 1st we had a hard time finding the property there was no address visible. The main thing that seemed to be odd was the woman that showed us the apartment didn't make eye contact and seemed as if she didn't want to shake our hands. Keep this in mind first impressions are important so if someone can't look you in the eye and acts as if there gonna contract leprosy from a hand shake , DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THAT KIND OF INDIVIDUAL.

Great company! very easy to work with and they go above and beyond to keep our client satisfied. I would highly recommend them.
