Called on a holiday and they were nice enough to show up. Repair technician seemed to be out of his element. Could not get part that day to repair, so they said they would return the next day with required part and complete repair. Next day had to call and find out if they were coming. They were not. Day after that, called and told me incorrect part had been ordered and new order would take three days to arrive. A week after the initial call, they did not show. Day after that (Tuesday), they arrived late in afternoon to repair, but fried my thermostat in the process. Was told that owner (Frank) would be at my house on Friday and would do a service for the outdoor unit (check and charge coolant if needed), would verify that repairs had been done correctly and would also replace thermostat. I called on that following Friday morning to verify he would be coming. The lady I spoke to took my name and number and said Frank would call me. I called again at 5:40 and left a voicemail. It is now 6:05 PM and I have received no phone call and no one has arrived. They took my money and left me with a unit that is not functioning. VERY poor service.
