I'm very pleased with the service from H-Vac. We lost the freon in our old air conditioner, during series of unusually hot days. (So hot we elected to stay in hotels over the weekend) It was quickly diagnosed and a replacement was recommended. The R-22 refrigerant our old unit used is no longer manufactured and remaining supplies are highly expensive. Frank's recommendation was an economical unit with an SEER rating of 13. Not as efficient as more expensive units, but more than adequate for our purposes at a reasonable price. I appreciate that there was no effort to upsell to a more expensive unit.

They replaced my furnace and air conditioner 5 years ago with Trane and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. My utility bills are considerably lower! Great people, service and equipment. I have no hesitation recommending them.
Tech was very friendly and answered all my questions, second time I have used them in three years. I have older heating and air and trying to make them last a little longer. Will be using them again in the future!
