We have referred several customers to A&D and they were taken care faster than the customer even thought and with great care. If you truly want to work with a company that cares about you as the customer give them a call and they will take care of you! They even offer a plan to come out and check your system each year!

Dan is amazing with a sincere commitment to servicing the customer first! I would highly recommend A & D for any of your HVAC or plumbing needs.

Dan and his team installed 4 central AC and Heat units and replumbed the entire building. He also added washer and dryer hookups in each unit. They did a wonderful job sizing the units and I am very impressed with the quality of their work both with regards to plumbing and AC/Heating. Dan was very reliable and communicated often about their progress – this was a huge job. During the winter months of the project, we even had a pipe freeze. However, he used PEX so everything worked as expected when the temperature thawed – and without any damage to the piping and other structures.

Do not use this company. We were disappointed to find out we have been ripped off. We had a sump pump installed, it was consistantly running, we asked them to come look at it and they wanted to bill us for it. It went out and they would not honor the warranty. We had a different company come out, they replaced the pump with a better one. The company showed us the old one and it was a cheap plastic pump but we were billed for a more expensive pump. We trusted this group only to be taken advantage of and they do not honor their work. Be advised to stay away.

This review is long over due!! They are AMAZING!! Just use them for whatever you have going on with plumbing, AC, heat, gas lines, water lines.. or possible projects or changes you may be looking at doing around the home... We have not used the appliance repair but if that comes up I know we would use them for sure based on everything else (I met Jen the repair tech for appliances and she was very good, she gave us advice on what new fridge to get!!)... here is a history of our experience: We moved into our new home the second week of January, it had snowed, I was a week from delivering our third baby, we had a three year old and a one year old.. we got to the house and there was no heat and all the sinks had burst water lines... a TERRIBLE situation AND it was also the weekend. We told them the situation and they worked it out for us no problem. They showed up three workers and two trucks. Ended up the previous owners hadn't fixed a propane leak in the supply line coming into the house. The propane line had to be replaced, the sinks all had to be fixed and toilet was clogged and bathroom faucet was broken (no this was all not found by two different inspectors) and we were out of propane because of the leak.. Dan and his techs stayed until way after dark IN THE SNOW and very cold weather fixing everything, then came back the next day to checked in and went through everything in the house with us. The billing was reasonable for all they did and working at night on a weekend. They were kind and sincere and trustworthy. You can tell they cared about doing a good job and have integrity. We felt comfortable with all the techs. Since, we have had other things come up, the sump pump needed replaced. They took pictures while under our home to show us what they replaced and all the where, why and how's that that entailed. This was a small job but they knew I was curious about what they were doing and what the previous owner had done too. Again I feel this was above and beyond. The sump pump they used had really good reviews which made me feel good they used quailty product. Dan is awesome! He has experience and a clear interest in making sure every detail is well done he has always been able to give a clear timeline and cost. The techs are all great as well! And Mary in the office walked me through all the upset of our new move and gave great advice and worked out scheduling to get us taken care of during our emergency. J.J. has been great with getting scheduling for us as well on our new project we're working on. Overall, great employees, great ownership, great workmanship.
