I work for one of the biggest if not the biggest General Contractor in Springfield.. I deal with subcontractors on a daily basis so I know the importance of Having good subcontractors. I called them, they came, gave a bid, stuck to the bid and did a excellent job, fast. They exceeded my expectations. If u want the job done right and fast at a fair price REEDS PLUMBING is the place to call !!
We called for a quote on some work and were told approx $300 for work to be done to remove a hose spicket and relocate it, plus add one. At first we were really pleased, they were gonna come out same day, simple job. Tech came out looked at things was gonna take him a bit so he was going to return the next day. Next day I get a call, the tech that was to come is sick. Understandable. The new tech had no idea what was going on. He was not up to speed with what we were requesting and was wanting to know how much pipe/material he was needing to bring. Um... isn't that why you are coming out? He then shows up and quotes us an additional $200 so now we are up to $500. I apologized for wasting his time and told him we were going to call around some more. He then picked up his things and walked away without another word. The people at the office were great, but I felt the tech was unprofessional and our quote almost doubled. I do not think we will be doing business with them in the future.
Wonderful experience with Reeds! Brandon and Tony ? and Tracy ? were awesome.. did the work and went above and beyond to replace the sewer line. reasonable pricing also! stuck to the quote and let me know what was happening even though i had to be at work!!! Definitely my go to plumbers... have used them on smaller jobs previously and was happy with the outcome and honesty!!!! also their call service and office manager were very helpful and understanding!
Prompt, did what they said they were going to do, reasonably priced.
I called about getting my septic tank pumped and less than 90 minutes later they were at my house! They were very friendly and we will use again because of their quick response!
