My husband and I own several rental properties. The first couple of jobs went well and the price was commiserate with the amount of labor. Then a drain job was pretty high. The final straw: I was quoted $120 to $140 for a toilet repair. We know the gasket kit is $7 but my husband was busy with another job so we decided to use Superior. The plumber called from the rental to confirm it needed a gasket and said it would be $240. I said there must be a misunderstanding but nope. They changed the price on me for the $7 gasket. Luckily my husband can do the job and knows what repairs should cost . I won’t use them again. I have to be able to trust the contractors I use on rentals because I can’t be there a lot of the time. Very disappointing.

Superior Plumbing definitely lives up to their name! This is the 4th time we have had work done at our home by them for different projects over the years. Not only are their technicians extremely knowledgeable, but they're also very helpful! They just installed a new water heater and also happened to improve the water pressure issue we have been having. I highly recommend their services to anyone who doesn't want to overpay but still have Superior, quality work done!

I hadn't used my fireplace for over six years. Elijah came out and cleaned it all up, removed the logs, cleaned them, cleaned the pilot light and the main burner. It is running perfectly and is beautiful! Caleb got me scheduled within 1 1/2 weeks when all other companies I called were 4-6 weeks out. Now, I have my fireplace working for Christmas! Plus, they were almost half the price of what other companies were charging. Elijah was clean, friendly, and informative. Excellent customer service!! We used Superior to clean our fireplace. They got to us quickly and Caleb is a very good owner! He puts the customer first and was great to work with. We will definitely use them again.

You take the day off work TWICE and they don't show up. Very unprofessional.
