I only put 1 star because I had too. The most unprofessional racists people Ive ever encountered. Im white my husband is Hispanic. My husband came home half way through. They were so polite until the Mexican man came home from work. Then tools were being slammes. Attitudes were high.

Anthony Martin was great to work with. He was able clear out the drain and scope it to show if there was any issues or not. Also that I am able to obtain the report and video from the office in a few days to provide to my realtor as we prepare to sale the home. Always used them over the years and have been great to work with!

Wow - This is one honest skillful plumber. I help my 70 year old sister when need be, so was the situation this week Her sewer was backing up in the basement and she called out a plumbing company that advertised on TV. She had them call me with the estimate that was over $3,000 because they said they had to break out the concrete and put in a new clean-out in order to solve her problem. I immediately called K Jett who I have used before. Anthony from K Jett came out and solved the problem with the blockage 10 feet out in the line, cleaned up and charged her $140. Had Alex come by for a second opinion after Roto Rooter quoted me 9.5k to have my line to the city dug up and replaced. Alex not only fixed my problem but also educated me and showed the deception that was used by Roto Rooter to try and rake me over the coals. I waited a couple heavy rains to post my review and we have had no further sewer back up and all of this was done for less than $400. They could have easily quoted the same job at a lower price but instead chose to be honest and thus earned a lifetime customer as well as a lifetime recommendation.

Courteous and knowledgable service. Helped identify the problem we were having so that it could be resolved. Showed up an hour earlier than promised. Anthony was very helpful.
