Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Was very satisfied with the service. The plumber was courteous and looked into why my water tank was not heating. An element was covered in line and leaking from a deteriorating washer. The plumber quickly and efficiently replaced the element. The price was reasonable

The plumber started out telling me that replacing a shutoff valve on my washer would cost about $650. After I pointed out that the valve simply threaded onto the pipe and suggested he simply unscrew the old valve and screw on a new one, he admitted he could do that. The final cost was $189. I expected a more competent plumber from Roto-Rooter.

Brian (and on a previous visit, James) was professional, timely and discreet. He went above and beyond to explain the issue, and my repair options. Brian and Roto-Rooter helped me out of a jam (literally) and I could not be more pleased with my experience. Easy to recommend.

Awesome service! Came home from work to our drain in the basement flooding. Called Roto Rooter around 6pm and they were at our door in less than an hour! Very pleased. The best part, they got the job done in 1 hour.
